About Atlantic
Atlantic Growth Capital focuses on investing in and partnering with businesses in Australia and New Zealand to support their growth and expansion plans.
We have a flexible mandate and partnership approach. We are able to participate as a significant minority or as a controlling shareholder on a case by case basis.
Our co-investors include highly successful Australian and international business leaders, and their family wealth offices.

We consider most sectors. We have significant domain expertise in the FMCG sector and a desire to support “better for you” category brands with a sustainable base
Independent and challenger brands or products with differentiation or intellectual property, including brand value
Seek significant minority to 100% stake with ideally part of the transaction focussing on new capital into the business to support growth
Preference to support existing management and/or founders rather than provide buyout capital
Businesses >$3m EBITDA
